We can book Micro Wedding Packages as little as 5-7 days prior subject to availability.

For our full floral service weddings, we recommend a minimum of 6 months advance booking, but pop us a mail and we’ll see what we can do! 

I am  floral designer, focusing mainly on the flowers for your event,  but I take into consideration the overall look of the event. I create floral design concepts for each part of our clients events. While we won’t manage other vendors, we love working with event designers and planners to make clients events cohesive and seamless.

Sample arrangements can be provided upon request and will be charged based on the arrangement, however due to the fact that we work with seasonal flowers and our organic design style, we cannot guarantee sample arrangements as an exact representation. We find mock ups are often unnecessary and cost prohibitive.

We offer an initial 1-hour consultation for our full-service clients, and a 30-minute  consultation for our micro wedding clients. (either online or a coffee date) Additional site visits are available depending on our availability and will be charged by an hourly rate plus a standard travel fee.

For our full-service clients, we provide floral vases and footed bowls. We do not provide any other decor elements. We are however more than willing to work and help source decor to create a beautiful and cohesive look for you wedding/event.

Generally, we only use vases that we source from our suppliers and  rental companies, so that we can be sure our mechanics will be successful in them. 

Unfortunately not. We work with very specific suppliers to make sure you get the best quality product. 

No , we do not promise specific flowers. We work on seasonal availability and what is available this week might not be available next week. We do however, take into consideration your flower preferences and try our best to source these flowers for you.

We rather focus on color scheme and ask our brides to trust our design process. If you chose me, you are familiar with my design style and flower preferences. I will always use beautiful garden roses and beautiful filler elements with dried/green elements.

It depends entirely on the client’s needs. For our Micro Weddings we have a set “menu” to choose from that includes all the wedding floral and table decor elements. As for our full floral service for weddings, clients should anticipate a minimum financial commitment of R25 000. 

Unfortunately not. I don’t have many rules, but being the only one working with the flowers for your event is one of them! Only assistants employed by Ladybloom will be allowed to assist with flower arrangement.  

Why? Because I am constantly busy building a brand and floral arrangements made under the Ladybloom name have a specific aesthetic.

At the time of presenting clients with a custom quote, all expenses have been factored in. There are no hidden costs. 

My focus and time will be solely on flowers.  I can however add an assistant for this purpose.
